Stroller Dogs

I'd call this one "Stroller (Dog Breed)s" if I had a clue what sort of dog they were.  There's a lot of tiny white dogs and I'm not a dog fancier, so maybe someone could point it out to me.

Anyway, took this at a parade my family got to participate in; they were on the parade vehicle with us.  And despite my preference for cats, and my aversion to the idea of dressing animals up like that, the hats were necessary and the dogs are certainly cute
